Resi4Rent
Didasko: a modular e-learning template for educators featuring course management, quizzes, certificate automation and secure payment integration.
Where It started
Resi4Rent is a big name in Poland’s rental market, but the website didn’t look or feel like a modern brand. It was crowded, hard to navigate, and honestly made the whole rental process feel more complicated than it should. Most of the issues came down to clarity — people couldn’t find what they needed fast enough, especially on mobile.

What I wanted to build
The goal was to turn the site into something clean, trustworthy, and actually pleasant to use. Not just a listing platform, but a lifestyle-forward experience that reflects how people search for places today. I wanted a flow that felt natural: browse → compare → apply. No “where the hell is this button” moments. A simple structure, consistent CTAs, and a visual language that feels modern without trying too hard.

What I learned along the way
User research kept pointing to the same problem: people were overwhelmed. Too much text, too many steps, too many forms. On top of that, mobile users were basically an afterthought in the old design — which is ironic, because that’s where most people start their search. Another thing: trust matters. A lot. And the old site barely communicated it. No clear process, no reassurance, no sense of “we’ve got you covered.” Once these patterns surfaced, the path forward became obvious — simplify everything and make trust visible.

What the work changed
I rebuilt the whole experience from the ground up. We mapped the full journey and cut it down to the essential steps. Navigation became cleaner, the application flow got rewritten to feel human, and forms were redesigned so they didn’t scare people away. Visually, the site shifted toward clear layouts, strong imagery, and small but meaningful trust signals that guide users through each stage. It all runs on a mobile-first design system that’s easy to scale for new cities, new offers, and new features. The result is a platform that feels modern and honest — something tenants can trust and actually enjoy using.
